About Me
I'm Dominic Midkiff, and I am the founder and CEO of Next Steps, a coaching and business consulting firm. I am passionate about helping people and businesses achieve their goals and reach their full potential. I bring a unique perspective to my work. Having served in the military for almost a decade, I learned the value of leadership, teamwork, and resilience.

These skills have proven invaluable in many of my endeavors, as I have started and owned multiple companies, some of which I still own today. Some people enjoy hearing the fact of my handful of house purchases at such a young age, or just my overall knowledge in real estate in general, but really I just wanted to find any way I could in order to avoid paying rent. In addition to some of that real-world experience, I also feel as thought I am continuously educating through graduate school currently and have completed multiple specialty certifications from colleges across the United States.
